lauren mccullough this is our third match of the day and there are still four more to come right now over at the university of central arkansas our teams are taking their places and getting final instructions for the 7a state championship featuring the high schools from fort smith's southside and bryant let us turn now to our commentator bill davis bill what can you tell us about this match well fort smith south side this is far from being their first rodeo they've been here several times and been very successful so there's a lot of experience there and to my knowledge i don't think that bryant has ever been in the state championship round so i'm going to be watching for nerves to see how they settle in and see if they can match the speed that southside's going to have on those buzzers it's going to be an interesting first quarter after they settle in it'll probably be a very close match okay can't wait to get started it seems we are about ready to begin our match so let's meet those teams for fort smith's south side we have senior horace rana senior christian morales senior alex rahal and junior vivian apple the captain is senior jack minnick their substitute players are senior jonathan hernandez junior victor winn junior cali shannon and sophomore zane rana their coach is josh adams and the assistant coach is walter woody and for bryant we have senior seth really did a great job of course fort smith's south side also did a great job it is very seldom that you see a game where both teams run the 62nd round the lightning round and that's what we just saw southside really had to work hard to win this they had to stay focused and get on those buzzers in a hurry and bryant gave them all they wanted i won't be surprised if next year we don't see these
