Learn Moreabout PBS online sponsorship(wind blowing) Hi.
I'm Wendy.
And away we go.
Thank goodness the wind is slowing down, but it's so cold.
Yes, Wendy.
The sun is gone.
You're coming into the cold front.

The cold front.
You know, the sun warms half the earth, but all that cool air has to go somewhere.
So it hides in the dark with me.
This means there are always large bodies of hot and cold air swirling around the globe, chasing each other and changing places.
These large bodies of air are called front They are who are responsible for most of our weather.
How do they make weather?
(wind blowing) Hey, wait.

I hope you find somewhere safe to tie your string.
(light music)
