(drums and heavy music) Oh, hey now my bodacious breakfast buds!
I'm your favorite snazzy, sack Zach.
Back for another snack attack.
(Doggy Bag barks) For me and Doggy, there ain't nothing tougher than waking up in the morning.
(Doggy barks) Doggy's favorite wake up cure is reaching for a big ole bowl of sugary cereal.
Right, Doggy?
(Doggy shivers) Wrong!
The processed sugars and sweets in cereal might pep you up for a little while, but pretty soon you'll be out like a light that wasn't screwed in tight enough.
If you need something sweet at the crack of dawn, just turn in those far out fragrant fruits (Doggy barks) The complex sugars and fibers in oranges, apples and banay-nays taste great and will keep you going until lunch.
For a great breakfast on the go, remember to be smooth.
(Doggy agrees) Oh, yeah.
Smoothie made from fruit, milk, and ice is a great way to get nutrition quickly.
Remember, for the best breakfast, get a juicy jumpstart from your favorite fruits.
(Doggy barks) Trust me.
Nothing will wake you up more than a big old apple crunch.
