(energetic music) What's happening all my funky, fruit-loving friends?
Zack Lunch here, and when it comes to eating healthy, I've got it in the bag.
Oh, I'm feeling fresh and funky today.
So we're gonna talk about fruits.
Fruits like apples and oranges, peaches and pears, are a lot like vegetables.
What makes a fruit a fruit is the fact that it comes from a plant's flower and keeps it seeds on the inside.
Fruits and vegetables don't really taste the same either.
Fruits are chock full of fructose, which is a natural kinda sugar.
(dog barks) Oh, you heard me right, doggy.
All the fructose makes fruits both healthy and sweet, just like Zach Lunch.
Fruits are sometimes even called nature's candy, which is dandy when eating in moderation.
Too much fruit and you could get the jitters.
And if you keep eating, oh, the tummy rumbles.
- [Dog] Huh?
- So next time you feel the need to munch, just go with six grapes but not the whole bunch.
So says your funky, fruit-loving friend, Zach Lunch.
