(drums) (cymbals and heavy metal music) What's happening out there, all my hydro-homies?
Me and Doggy Bag love talking food groups and dinner time delicacies.
But there ain't no meal that's complete without a tall cool glass of that hero of hydration.
You guessed it.
Water!
Did you know that water makes up 60% of your very own body?
But hey, don't take it from me, just ask my expert witness, Sherm the Therm.
Sherm, you're weird with water so spill the beans.
Very important, Zach.
Without enough water, you run the risk of dehydration.
Yeah.
What now?
Dehydration causes all kinds of problems like, you might feel dizzy, (quirky sounds) sick to your stomach, (growling sound) or even sleepy in the middle of the day.
(lullaby music and snoring) Whoa.
Your wetting my whistle, Sherm.
So just how much water should a Zach Lunch drink if a Zach Lunch could drink water?
Growing girls and boys should have about five cups of water every day.
You heard it here.
Avoid dehydration with the original drink sensation, water.
Wow.
Yeah.
(rock music)
