I'm back to talk about the impressive power of protein.
Rat Doggy Bag, protein serves as the the building blocks of the human body, giving us the energy to rock and roll.
(hard rock music) (electric circuit shorting) Everybody knows meats like hamburgers and pork chops are a great source of protein, but we gotta be careful when we eat those meats.
Try not to overdo it, or... whoa.
A case of the tummy rumbles.
There are other great and less fatty sources of protein out there.
Things like eggs and seeds, and nuts and even legumes.
Legumes include things like peas, lentils, and peanuts.
I like my protein peppered with paprika.
Oh yeah, feel the burn.
